Well Being
LIFE IS SIMPLE
Now that’s a powerful statement and one that I believe is ultimately true. Its all about the mind and how we think. You can change your mind and by doing so change your life. So how do we change our minds and in turn change our lives. It is not necessarily easy but it can be done with practise.
So what am I talking about ? I am talking about the fact that we are what we think. Yes you have probably heard this before and it is true, think positive and positive things will happen in your life and your well being will be intact.. If you constantly think negative things then negative things will happen in your life and you may suffer from stress and anxiety. It is hard to think positive when we are bombarded everyday with lots of negatives. We pick up a news paper we turn the TV on and what do we get, negatives.
This is no more important than the present, with the world in a so called credit crunch. I am not saying that the world is not suffering from a recession right now but the media blow this out of proportion with their constant doom and gloom headlines which are not always based on fact. It is a cycle, this isn’t the first recession the world as ever seen and it won’t be the last, just like life itself is a cycle.
Life is Simple
Think about that just for a minute ! When you think about it, yes life is simple. The way I look at it, we are born, we grow up and become an adult and we then choose how we want to live our lives, then we grow old and eventually die. There is nothing complicated about that, I know there are many variations to life in respect of how long we might live etc.. But the bottom line is we all have the same resources available for us to implement in our lives.
I still have plenty to say about our well being related to our blood pressure and other health issues but have run out of time today so will continue it in my next post. See you there.
