My Blood Pressure
REDUCE BLOOD PRESSURE
So did I succeed in reducing my blood pressure to normal over the months that followed my initial reading. The simple answer is yes I did thankfully. My job now is to keep it there.
I was told that the amount of coffee I drank was way to much, I was drinking about 8 or 9 cups a day, to much caffeine intake there then . Adding salt to my food (which I did at most meal times) was not good for my blood pressure. Smoking obviously was mentioned as a culprit. I was given a lecture about the affects of alcohol on my body. I was asked how much exercise I did and to be honest although I used to exercise regular years ago, I hadn’t done much at all over the past few years. As I mentioned before I wasn’t over weight at all, so that was one cause of high blood pressure that I got away with.
At the age of 44 I guess my body was telling me that it was now time to start looking after it. So that is what I decided to do. I did not want to have to change my lifestyle to much as I can’t see the point in not being able to enjoy your life, and I enjoy wine and cigarettes as part of my life. But some changes would have to be made.
So this is why I am going to tell you exactly what I changed in my life and how the changes helped bring down my blood pressure. Also I will share other things that may help you along the way. I’m sure most people would rather bring down high blood pressure without the use of medication, nobody likes taking tablets or other medicines, do they.
So stick with me to find out if any of my methods or others methods I have found out about on the way can help you retain a normal blood pressure.
