Hypertension Effects

We know that having high blood pressure is potentially dangerous. Our BP goes up and down many times through out our normal everyday lives, this is normal. But if our BP is constantly high then this is when it can get very dangerous.

This is a subject that I have already covered here on this blog, but it is so important that it just can’t be covered enough and after all this is a blog about having high blood pressure. There are far to many people that are walking around with high blood pressure or hypertension as it is also known.

This could have serious consequences to their health, so if I repeat myself on this site with the important message that having high blood pressure is very dangerous then that is no crime. People need to know the facts and the word needs to spread. If by repeating something one more person benefits from it then that is a good thing right.

So if you are reading this, which you obviously are, then tell someone today about the dangers of high blood pressure. It takes very little effort to get your BP tested, you can even do it at Home. If you don’t have the answers to their questions about hypertension then refer them to this blog.

Lets get the word out there and save lives, make sure your family and friends know about high BP and its dangers, tell your work colleagues and remember to get your own BP tested at least once per year if not more frequent.

I know a lot of people don’t like reading a mountain of information on a subject unless it is something they are passionate about (that’s why I try and keep my posts as short as possible) so I looked around for something visual that would get the point across.

I found this video, it is to the point and only a few minutes long.

Remember spread the word, don’t let this silent killer go on unnoticed.
