SWEET HONEY

Honey is a great natural product that has many health benefits. Honey Bess are part of our nature and they produce a fantastic natural product that we can enjoy in our everyday diets.A honey bee is a type of bee that produces and stores honey, it collects nectar and sweet deposits from plants and stores it for consumption of the colony. We collect this from the bees and use it as a natural food source. So these honey bees do an important job for us humans and unfortunately the honey bees seem to be under threat.

So what can honey do for us ? Honey is good for our energy levels and is a natural boost, it is also good for our immune systems making them stronger. Certain types of honey are good for skin ailments and it is said by some research that honey can help lower blood pressure. Honey is good for sore throats and coughs, which is why in most cough medicines there is the presence of honey. Honey can help our digestive systems to stay healthy, it is also good for sleep and there are reports that honey can be helpful to weight loss.

These honey bees are amazing, producing a product that can do so much for our health. I love honey and know that these things are true and that there are many more health benefits than those already mentioned. In honey we have a great all round health benefit and we should all be greatful to those honey bees for producing such a marvel.

If you are not a regular honey monster like me or may be you have never tried honey, then now is the time to let it into your life and reap the benefits it offers to all of us.

I wrote this post about honey because I believe in honey as a great health benefit and wanted you to a least try it. There are many types of honey and they are all worth a try. But I have just come across a certain type of honey that can help with the side effects of cancer treatments, so thought I would quickly mention it here. This honey is called LifeMel Honey and is a result of thirty years of research and can decrease side effects from those who have had to under go chemotherapy. I won’t go on about as it was not the reason for this post, I just thought that someone who reads this might benefit or know someone who could benefit from finding out more about this honey. LifeMel Honey does do a general honey for all those great benefits regarding our health and immune system but it was the honey that has been developed for relief of cancer treatment side effects that caught my eye.
