Yes that’s right Tea has been around for 3000 years and it is the most popular drink after water that we consume on a daily basis. So what has tea got to do with our health and wellness.

Since this blog is essentially about high blood pressure you might be wondering what the hell I am going on about tea for and it’s connection to our blood pressure. The connection is that if we comfort our health and wellness then we are only going to indirectly help our blood pressure to stick around the normal level. So through our lifestyle as I have said in previous posts is very important.

So here we go, lets make tea part of our lifestyle. I can here the answers, I already drink plenty of tea. But is your tea a well known type of tea bag put in hot water added with milk and then sugar or a combination of these, if so I am not talking about this kind of tea.
