This one is essentially the same as the 780 but has management software for your PC. Highly recommended with a high star rating.

This one is kind of different and a fair bit more expensive. There is no wrap around cuff you just slot your arm in and the technology takes over, this one also has the management software. There is no rating on this one, I think that is because it seems to be a new kind of monitor.
